Blindsight

Blindsight is an extensive sound installation which Manon de Boer made in dialogue with Latifa Laâbissi and Laszlo Umbreit. The starting point of Blindsight is the dialogues and ambient sound of Ghost Party (2)  (2022), a film realised by Manon de Boer and dancer and choreographer Latifa Laâbissi. In 2022 de Boer translated the film’s original soundscape composed by Laszlo Umbreit into a spatial and acoustic environment in the main space of Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens (BE).
